Best Option:Dry clean only โ This is strongly recommended to preserve the lustre, zari work, mirror work, ginni work and fabric stiffness.
If Washing at Home (Only in rare cases-strictly not recommended in mirror work and ginni work sarees):
- Use cold water and a mild liquid silk detergent.
- Always wash gently by handโno rubbing, scrubbing, or wringing.
- Do not soak for more than 3โ5 minutes.
- Rinse in cold water, then gently press out excess water using a clean towel.
Avoid:
- Machine wash, spinning, or hot water (can damage fibres & zari).
- Harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.

We offer exchanges only if:

- The item isย defectiveย orย damaged in transit.
To request an exchange:

- Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you through the return process.
