Refund policy

At Pyaari Naari, every saree is a piece of heritage — crafted with care, handwoven by artisans, and printed using traditional techniques. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless there is a genuine issue.

Exchanges are offered only if:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The item is defective or damaged in transit.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at support@pyaarinaari.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This video is mandatory proof for exchange requests — without it, we may not be able to process your request.

Return Instructions (for approved exchanges):

  • Pack the saree in a fresh outer packet or box. Do not reuse the original delivery packaging.
  • Ship using any reliable courier of your choice at your own cost.
  • Ensure the saree is properly folded, securely packed, and the parcel is clearly labeled.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and verified (unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact), the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Requests may be declined if the item is found used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased under discounts, offers, or sale.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved cases of wrong product delivery.
