• All sarees are properly crafted, and slight variations in print, weave, or dye are natural.
• You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact info.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or in case of stock unavailability.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of our product images and content is prohibited.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay through the available prepaid options only, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
  
• Returns & Cancellation Policy:
  Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We do not offer returns unless there is a genuine issue with the product. Exchanges will only be considered in cases where the wrong product is delivered or the item is defective/damaged during transit, subject to verification as per our Exchange Policy.

• Pyaari Naari reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms, Policies, and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically before making a purchase.
