Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders placed under any pre-order or purchase option are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided artisan work on the saree has not yet commenced.
• If work on your order has already begun — even within the 24-hour window — cancellation will not be possible.
• After 24 hours or post-dispatch, cancellations will not be entertained.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@pyaarinaari.in with your order number at the earliest. We will confirm eligibility based on production status.

Pyaari Naari reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where fulfilment has already been initiated.
