If Washing at Home (Only in rare cases-strictly not recommended in mirror work sarees):

• Use cold water and a mild liquid silk detergent.
• Always wash gently by hand—no rubbing, scrubbing, or wringing.
• Do not soak for more than 3–5 minutes.
• Rinse in cold water, then gently press out excess water using a clean towel.

Avoid:

• Machine wash, spinning, or hot water (can damage fibres & zari).

• You received a wrong product.
• The item is defective or damaged in transit.

To request an exchange:

• Email us at support@pyaarinaari.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Please record a clear video while unboxing your package. This video serves as proof in case the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective. Without a proper unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, we may not be able to process exchange requests.
• Once approved, we'll guide you through the return process.
• For exchange in case of wrong or damaged products delivered, customers are requested to carefully follow the instructions below:The saree must be packed in a fresh outer packet or box. Please do not reuse the original delivery packaging, as it may contain previous courier stickers (such as Delhivery labels) which can create confusion during transit.You may ship the package using any reliable courier service of your choice.Please ensure the saree is properly folded and securely packed, just as you would pack your own valuable garment, to avoid damage during shipping.The parcel should be well sealed and clearly labeled with the correct return details, as courier handling may sometimes lead to package mix-ups if parcels are not packed securely.
• Refund Process (If Applicable):
  Once the returned saree is received by our team and verified to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped (unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact), the refund will be processed within 5-7 days. If the product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, the request may be declined. Pyaari Naari will not be responsible for damage, loss, or incorrect delivery caused due to improper packaging during return shipping.
• Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased under discounts, offers, or sale are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds are issued only for approved cases of wrong product delivery.
• Pyaari Naari reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms, Policies, and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically before making a purchase..
