If Washing at Home (Only in rare cases-strictly not recommended in mirror work and ginni work sarees):

• Use cold water and a mild liquid silk detergent.
• Always wash gently by hand—no rubbing, scrubbing, or wringing.
• Do not soak for more than 3–5 minutes.
• Rinse in cold water, then gently press out excess water using a clean towel.

Avoid:

• Machine wash, spinning, or hot water (can damage fibres & zari).
